Fake Green Cards and Anchor Babies

So you're a woman of child bearing age, and you're in the United States unlawfully. You're worried about getting deported by the US Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Don't fret. It's possible to remain in America indefinitely. How? Get a fake green card and an anchor baby.

You see, ICE, which is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), is supposed to deport illegal aliens, especially the illegals who use fake documentation. In the United States, it's a felony to manufacture or purchase a fake green card. It's also a deportable offense.

However -- and this is the part you probably won't believe -- ICE not only knows exactly where Janette Balaba lives, but they also know that she is guilty of using a fake green card to fool law enforcement and employers into believing that she is in fact living and working in the United States legally.

How is this possible? Janette Balaba has an anchor baby, that's how. It's really that simple.

If Janette Balaba had no anchor baby, it is very likely that the immigration authorities would have deported her a long time ago.

This is not to say that the men and women who work at ICE are incompetent. In fact, the good folks at ICE do an truly excellent job of pursuing, detaining and deporting criminal illegals all day, every day. Of this there is no question.

However, everyone in the United States is entitled to due process. So, even though ICE officials arrested Janette Balaba and detained her, they had to let her go. Why? Because Janette Balaba went before a judge, and that judge let her stay in this country because of Janette's anchor baby.

Here's how it works:

  • Get a student visa, then travel to the United States.

  • Next, buy a fake green card.

  • Next, The Illegal finds a "Sucker", i.e. a man who, without giving his consent, can be tricked into giving The Illegal her anchor baby. This part is not as hard as you might think. The Illegal simply tells all the men she's sleeping with that she can't get pregnant. Some will believe The Illegal, others won't. The trusting suckers will believe. Eventually, The Illegal will get pregnant and will be on her way to having her very own anchor baby.

  • Once The Illegal's got her anchor baby, the next step is to sue for child support. The Illegal doesn't have to worry about her illegal status. In the United States, many family courts don't care if you're a felon illegal alien. They'll give The Illegal as much money as they can. Why? Well, if you take the Philadelphia Family Court as an example, the court takes a 10% cut of every child support payment. In other words, the Philadelphia Family Court is highly motivated to keep the Sucker's child support amount as high as it can possibly be. If the Sucker pays $0.01 less than what the court has ordered, the Sucker can and most likely will go to prison. The Illegal, on the other hand, will be free. The Illegal can use all or part of her child support money to pay for an attorney, while the Sucker is left to fend for himself. How sweet a deal is it for The Illegal? Janette Balaba (pictured above), for example, drives a Mercedes E320, a luxury car that costs a fortune to maintain. It's a very sweet deal for her. Janette Balaba's Sucker went to prison in early 2010 because he could no longer afford to pay $670 per month for one child. Instead of reducing his support payment (Judge Holly J. Ford), the Philadelphia Family Court (Judge Joel S. Johnson) thought it would be better to send him to the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility (CFCF), a very disgusting place filled with rapists, killers and the like. The fact that Janette Balaba's Sucker picked up a nasty infection in prison is irrelevant. Once an anchor baby's involved, a woman who happens to be a criminal illegal alien can often relax, collect child support and enjoy the good life in the USA.

Of course, all this won't work for every woman. Using a child as a shield against deportation is exceptionally unethical, and quite risky. In fact, no one is his or her right mind would recommend doing the above. This website is in no way recommending to anyone that they should pursue a similar course of action. The point of this site is to shed light on how certain people use fake green cards and anchor babies to stay in the United States.

None of what is written here is fiction. Everything on this page is verifiable. All facts and figures are available to the public.

So here we have a very true and very ugly story of how the United States government, on more than one level, has sent a clear message to Janette Balaba and felons like her. The message is: CRIME DOES PAY, AND PAYS WELL. And since Janette Balaba has been so successful in her criminal activities, it's very likely that Ms. Balaba believes that crime is the best and easiest path to success in America. What other crimes is Ms. Balaba willing to commit to get what she wants?

The bottom line question: Do the people of the United States want to allow criminal illegal aliens who give birth to human beings for the sole purpose of using them as protection against deportation, to live free in America? When the mothers of anchor babies are allowed to stay, then all Americans, from the president of the United States to immigration judges to the local cop on the beat -- we're all letting ourselves be suckers.

For those of you who feel that targeting criminal illegal immigrants with anchor babies is somehow unfair, remember this: a person who is willing to procreate with the exclusive aim of using their child as an anti-deportation tool is capable of anything. If, one day, you find that you're a victim of a heinous crime, do not be surprised if you later find that the person who committed the crime is a criminal illegal alien.

Anchor Baby As A Path to Citizenship

A lot of Americans think that illegal aliens do the anchor baby thing to gain citizenship. Wrong. Most do it to avoid deportation. The anchor baby mom knows that she can get what she wants without being a citizen. She can sue for and win child support, and enjoy many taxpayer-funded benefits with very little effort on her part. As noted above, she can use her child support money to hire lawyers, who can then pursue the Sucker dad until he has nothing left and is sent to prison. If anyone thinks that this is right, we would love to read your comments. If you think it's wrong, your comments are very welcome too, and we hope that you'll also call ICE at 1-866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423).

You Are Breaking Federal Law by
Paying Child Support To An Illegal Alien

No one should be forced to pay child support to a known illegal alien. To do so would be breaking federal law.

From United States Code: TITLE 8 > CHAPTER 12 > SUBCHAPTER II > Part VIII > § 1324

§ 1324. Bringing In and Harboring Certain Aliens

(a) Criminal penalties (1) (A) Any person who:

(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).

First, let's define "harbor:"

Transitive Verb, -bored, -bor·ing, -bors.
To give shelter to: harbor refugees; harbor a fugitive.
To provide a place, home, or habitat for.

Harboring means any conduct that tends to substantially facilitate an alien to remain in the U.S. illegally. (U.S. v. Lopez, 521 F.2d 437 [2nd Cir 1975], cert. denied 423 US 995.)

Therefore, paying child support to an illegal alien is tantamount to harboring.

So, let's say you have a friend. Your friend commits murder and tells you all about it. If you don't let the authorities know about the crime, you become an accessory after the fact to murder. If you then decide to help your friend by buying a home for your friend to live in, and make regular mortgage payments, you are now also harboring a known fugitive, which is a crime.

It's the same with a known illegal alien. By paying child support, you are providing the illegal with a home and the means to remain and thrive in the United States. Therefore, if a Family Court orders you to pay child support to a known illegal alien, they are in fact ordering you to aid a known fugitive.

So, dads, don't let any Family Court tell you that it's OK to give in to the monetary demands of a criminal illegal alien By doing so, the court is forcing you to break federal law. You should always send money to support your kids, but do so with the knowledge that you are being forced to break the law. Don't suffer injustice quietly. Do you best to gain custody of your children.

Why would anyone think that a criminal illegal immigrant is the correct parent to raise a child? Why would any judge let a child be raised by a known felon when another parent is willing and able to do it?

Don't let the anchor baby mommas win. Don't be a victim. Don't let Family Court judges take away your freedom while the criminal illegal immigrants roam free. Read up on immigration law and post any supporting information in the comments section of this site. If all the Sucker dads work together, we can and will get justice.

Always Send Money,
No Matter How Angry You Are

Dads, don't let the mother of your child's anti-social behavior make you so mad that you forget to do the right thing. Always send money to support your kids.

Moreover, don't let an arrest warrant or the specter of a prison sentence make you so mad that you forget what's important. The people who set your child support level so high that you can't afford it want to be able to justify their actions by painting you as a bad person. If a judge sends you to prison, go with the knowledge that's you've always tried your best to do what's right. Don't let their evil turn you into an evil person. If you do, they win.

Remember: most evil people don't think of themselves as evil.

Should The United States
Tolerate Criminal Illegal Aliens?

According to the Labor Department's latest jobs report, the jobless rate in this country is 9.4%. Currently, there are 14.5 million unemployed people in the United States. Yet, Janette Balaba, a criminal illegal immigrant, is allowed to work here and take a job that could have gone to an American citizen or a legal resident. It's grossly unfair to the millions of Americans who want and need to work, to support themselves and their families. FACT: Since the Great Recession began a few years ago, an unacceptable number of out-of-work American citizens have become so depressed due to their jobless state that some have committed suicide. With the jobless rate continuing to hover near 10%, it's a pretty safe bet that there will be more severe depression, and suicide.
